Go and work…

I know, best headline ever. Haha. Well today is another Friday in our shared home in the middle of Siena. Usually we do some cleaning around this day (in pairs of two) and today one of my lovely Italian roomies is doing it all alone (we live with five girls from all over). So I went to the kitchen to help her. But as many southern Italians she won´t let me help her. They are very precise in what they want. If they want to clean alone or make you eat something, then there is surely no way around. Promise. So today my roomy said: Rici, go and work on your pics and on your blog! Haha, yeah, they really rock! I have to tell you, I have amazing roommates! So here I am, with some free time to share travel impressions with you.

Geh und arbeite…

Ich weiß, Hammer Überschrift. Haha. Heute ist wiedermal Freitag in unsere WG in der Mitte von Siena. Normalerweise ist das auch der Tag an dem sauber gemacht wird, nur heute war eine meiner lieben Süditalienischen Mitbewohnerinnen alleine an der Reihe (wir teilen unsere Wohnung zu fünft und putzen zu zweit). Also hab ich mir gedacht, ok, helf ich ihr mal. Ich schlendere also in die Küche um ihr zu Verkünden das ich mitmache, aber es führte kein Weg rein. Wie viele der südlichen Italiener, hat sie eine sehr genaue Vorstellung von dem was sie möchte. Wenn sie alleine putzen möchten, oder unbedingt wollen, dass du etwas zu Essen probierst, dann ist das so und nicht anders. Also hat mir heute meine Mitbewohnerin gesagt: Rici, geh und arbeite an deinen Bildern und deinem Blog. Haha, ernsthaft! Die sind wirklich der Wahnsinn meine Mädels. Also, da bin ich nun, mit ein weniger freier Zeit und sehr happy einige meiner Reiseeindrücke mit euch zu teilen.
